Karen Cartwright has a dream similar to Ivy's, but she just wants to be the star. Thanks to Ivy's mishaps, Karen was cast as the understudy for Marilyn. Another bonus is that the star, Rebecca Duvall (Uma Thurman), is stuck in Cuba. As of now, Karen is Marilyn. Ellis books Rebecca the star role, so while she's away his job is on the line.
